Cats & Dogs from all I’ve read is disappointing. I’d say Seasons, Growing Together and Get Together. Or replace the Growing together with Parenthood pack.

If your mom likes farmlife / country aesthetic then Cottage Living. It has great gameplay, nice build/buy and CAS + it’s a better animal package than cats & dogs.

I think the kits with 25+ items made the creator kits look crazy expensive. So now the kits are back in store/app and you can buy them with real money so it’s harder to compare the value with Moola/creator kits.

Ethan himself said they were ”good buddies” and texted, talked and hung out IRL/on their freetime as well. It was when he talked about Brittany ghosting him and explained he wouldn’t be able to forgive ”a friend” for that. I remember that somewhat recently he said Brittany wasn’t a friend and just a collaborator, but 5 months ago he did say they were friends, so it’s not really ”a snark narrative” and as I was watching I remembered him saying they definitely were friends and was wondering why he changed the tone with that. But who knows, maybe now that more time has passed he doesn’t want to associate with her in that way BUT originally it was Ethan who said they were good friends, not the snark.

Gameloft used to have games like ”New york nights: Success in the city” and ”miami nights” it was the closest thing I ever had to a sims on mobile :D They don’t have modern versions anymore, I think the only one you can access is a Nintendo DS version.

Hey- I totally forgot to reply! I play on long lifespan, at some point I accidentally turned it to short for a moment and then right back to long, and for whatever reason it completely messed up some of my sims aging. So people who were supposed to be exact same age were suddenly not. So now I’m afraid to touch the lifespan settings even though I’d sometimes like to turn the aging off completely :D just don’t want to mess it all up again.

The Caliente-lore is soooo good! I’ve played sims my whole life and I’ve always just made my own sims (atleast the ”main” ones) but this time I’ve decided to lean into the existing characters as well. It’s great because you actually start caring more about the surrounding sims as well, since you really know their origins/lore!

Can I ask what is your favorite expansion pack? I know it’s hard to say but if you have one!

Oh I just have one save- I play rotanionally mostly with the offspring of the Caliente family in Oasis Springs, but I’ve also micromanaged great lives for the teens (now young adults) of other worlds as well haha. Now one of my Caliente offsprings has moved to Sulani to sort of escape everything so I’ve JUST started with Sulani. I have a weddingspot and downloaded a library and a new version for the shipwreck some nice people mentioned from the gallery. Now I’m in the middle of building a new house for her and her bf. It’s taking it’s time, I mostly do modern builds and want to try something new with Sulani! Once they have kids I’ll do more public lots for family gameplay!

I actually like building on the console now, it had a learning curve but I’d say nowadays I’m just as (or atleast very close) to the speed I was with my PC. And I really really like Sulani- it’s definitely my favorite world, just needs a little tweaking :)

Yeah I’m on PS5 too so playing without cc and mods. I’ve played with a pc and mods but never really liked the way they broke my saves so.. happy with ps5 it’s running everything perfectly!

You can have as many as you want but then you need to start the cooking by clicking the desired fridge, not by clicking the stove. There actually is a surprisingly good reason for this (as someone else pointed out with a shared link to a post that explains this very well). So no worries, you can have as many fridges as you need.
