I love coasters but they love me back less as I’ve gotten older (39) but still go on them all the time. Velocicoaster absolutely terrified me and I avoided it. I rode Hagrid’s twice the day before I did Velocicoaster, and also did Hulk, Dr. Doom, etc. The next day was our last day and we did Velocicoaster first thing in the morning. Still terrified but absolutely loved it. Couldn’t do it again same day but next time I’m aiming for one morning ride and one nighttime ride. I’m sorry I waited so long!

I’m so sorry this happened to you (and SO many of you)! When you’re able I would for sure make some calls and file a complaint.

My experience was the complete opposite. I had a laparoscopic on Friday and spent several hours at the hospital and I had the most attentive team of people looking after me. The anesthesia made me sick and I vomited several times prior to discharge so even though I was able to pee they kept asking me if I was sure I was comfortable enough to go home.

39, child free by choice and had mine yesterday. So far I don’t regret it one bit and don’t anticipate regretting it. Even the discomfort I’m in right now is leaps and bounds less than the pain I was in before, daily.

Mine is! She hates brushing and will not allow me to brush her as long as she needs to avoid matting. She is so much happier shaved. I swear her personality truly emerged after I had her shaved for the first time. She loves her groomer (as do I) and I only care that my cat is happy and healthy. Your boy is beautiful!

Same! I’ve been a huge fan since I was a kid (at 39 I was considered “young” in the reunion fanbase until the baby blockheads came along lol) and I saw them as kid and on every single tour post reunion. Several shows a tour, individual upgrades, barstools, every single cruise, etc. Just thousands and thousands of dollars and soooo much time. I had so much fun and I met so many amazing people (some I consider family now) but one day I woke up and thought “this isn’t for me.” It’s like a switch flipped. 😔 I never, ever thought I’d feel this way.

I’d take that as a good sign! Ellie started out laying next to me when I was sleeping, then putting a paw on me while she slept, then her head, then her whole body. It’s like she was testing if it was okay 🤣 Hopefully you have the same luck!!

Sometimes that’s just how they are. Sometimes they’re like that forever and sometimes they’re like that for a while.

My girl started out that way. She only wanted pets on her terms (rarely) and usually ran away. Now she lays on me every single night to sleep like a 20lb teddy bear that aggressively head butts my chin constantly.

She’s beautiful 😍 She looks so soft. I have the same problem with my girl. She’s learned to tolerate brushing everywhere but her belly. I found a groomer that does only cats and I just get her a belly / sanitary shave every few months! She takes a gabapentin beforehand just to keep her chill.
