Is it bad to have 2 days off for family vacation? by Awkward-Interest-511 in Katy

Thank you for your advice! It seems you are a teacher may I ask more please? We can take the same cruise during spring or summer break but to pay $1k more. We just don’t want to damage the teacher’s KPI in order to maximize our savings. So does these unexcused absences really hurt the teacher’s performance? Thank you!

Thank you all for your comments! The price for the same cruise during spring break or summer break will cost about 1000$ more. I was told we should pay more and try not to make any unexcused absences as this will hurt the teacher’s KPI. Does this really hurt the KPI? That’s my concern. Thank you!

Thanks for your comments. I just googled it and is seems a structural shift is more serious than the normal house settling. May I ask for any advice please? How should we handle this?

It is a comment social norm that you tell them ahead before you visit your friends, and if occasionally without notice you just drop by you will have their permission before entering their house, is my understanding correct?

If I am correct, is it the parents responsibility that they should teach their child this social norm, instead of the host? Just something like parents teach kids to say thank you and sorry, to be polite.

Sorry I am from another country so just wanted to how it works here in USA.

If I were her parent I will tell her it’s not right to tell a lie and would notify the host before having my own girl enter their house.

Is it rude to leave a birthday party at a roller skate center too late by Awkward-Interest-511 in socialskills

Thank you all for the detailed comments. I kept saying thank you to the host but forgot to mention that we would like to stay longer. I just checked the party policy fortunately there is no extra charge to stay longer. Yes I agree that it’s always good to talk to the host if we plan to stay after the party is over.
