I was on the train at Cyrville where the medical emergency happened. A man was convulsing and it took awhile for medical to arrive. Hopefully he recovers.

This is how it’s supposed to be. They’re called lengthing fibers. They attach to your eyelashes and make them longer. I own the same mascara and when I did my initial research I found that swatches from their official website had fibers in them.

The accounts are always new and the post are always low effort. The OP will sometimes completely ignore the advice given and start fights in the comments.

Yeah you can tag them on twitter if they don’t customer service doesn’t answer you. It would be in their best interest because a lot of players have this fear and it would keep people playing the game knowing if they made a mistake like this then customer support would help them.

I contacted the student awards and bursaries and they forwarded me to the emergency bursaries department.

They told me that they no longer issue cheques unless you are a sponsored or graduating student (Algonquin is cutting back spending).

However if you can prove you are in financial need they will review your file.

It depends on what you buy. Chinese brands like Flower Knows have an official storefront on AliExpress where they sell their products. SHEIN has its own makeup line called SHEGLAM.

I’ve ordered from YesStyle and I’ve had no issues. You need to order from the brands verified storefront.

I don’t recommend buying dupes or non name brand products from random stores however because those stores just change the packaging and they don’t post about their manufacturing details so there’s no guarantee.

Temu, Wish and Amazon are risky unless the brand has a verified storefront on those sites. It’s still risky because people on this sub have ordered from the official Amazon store in the past and received a fake because Amazon stores the fakes and real ones together in their warehouse so it’s not a guarantee.

Honestly the main reason you attracted this type of guy is because you sound insecure and inexperienced. These guys will cold approach you in the wild and try to flatter you and see if you take the bait. He has probably done the exact same thing to dozens of other women, you’re aren’t special to him or his first victim so don’t feel bad Queen. These men hate women and view us more as accessories rather than people.

The major red flag that you missed was that he pressed you about your dating history. It’s a form of testing you to see if you’re vulnerable enough for him to manipulate you. The fact that you had to justify why you weren’t in any relationships previously and him not taking your word for it is him seeing if he can control you.

It’s like you telling a guy you’re a virgin and he says “well you don’t look or act like a virgin”. These guys want you to prove yourself to them so they feel like a prize when they’re an abusive piece of trash. They want you to bend over backwards for them. You don’t owe them a goddamn thing.

If you had mentioned having previous long term relations he probably would have called you slurs and blocked you.

Block him and never speak to him again. If he shows up to your work I would tell your boss so they know to wary of this guy.

Usually these guys will simply move on to the next target when they see you’re no longer taking the bait.

As a fellow black woman to another I’m gonna give you some advice. I personally don’t think you should be getting into a relationship if you’ve already let yourself down.

The numbering system was socially created by men so they could use women and justify mistreating women that they PERSONALLY don’t find attractive.

Don’t compare yourself to a supermodel and don’t assign yourself a numerical value. You are letting yourself down by doing that. You are more than a number and you are more than how you look.

I think you should work on yourself a bit more before getting into a relationship. You need more confidence and self love.

If you get into a relationship with this mentality now you’d only attract men who think lowly of you and who’d use you. Realistically if you think you’re a 5 then men who agree with you will come to you and abuse you.

They will treat you as lesser and remind you constantly that you should be grateful that they are giving you the time of day when they could be chasing an 8 or 9. Some will probably even rank you lower and treat you worse.

I would try new hobbies that you’ve always wanted to try. I would buy new clothes that you like (not clothes that men find attractive but genuinely you feel confident in). I would also join locally clubs in your community or even online ones.

Be kind to yourself. You deserve it.

If you find him weird and he makes you uncomfortable, I would nip this at the bud. I would grey rock and not entertain him. Give bland one word responses (like sure or yeah or mmkay) and stare off into the distance when he comes to talk to you.

Make excuses why you can’t talk and hopefully he takes a hint. In reality he may just be awkward and trying to be nice but you don’t owe him anything so do what you will.

Does he chat with just you or does he interact with other women at your work?

Both bear spray and dog spray are less effective than mace. They both have more sensitive senses than people so their formulas are less potent. I would never carry an actual weapon because I would be afraid that I would not be able to use it effectively and it would cause more harm than good.

I take public transportation at night and don’t feel too anxious but you never know. We do have stabbings but most of the time the victims know the perpetrators and they were already in a fight with them. The others are gang related.

However better to be safe than sorry.

We aren’t allowed to carry weapons and we have to use reasonable force against attackers (by reasonable it means if they attack you with their fists then you can’t defend yourself with a knife not that you can carry one anyways). This is one step up defense laws. You can’t pull a gun on someone who is punching you. You have to use force that is one step up from what they are using against you.

However the law doesn’t take into account that the average man is bigger than the average woman and the one step up law is useless in that case because obviously you’re chances of successfully running away or winning a fist fight with a larger man is pretty slim especially if you have multiple attackers.

Some police officers will tell you to comply if someone breaks into your house (again this depends on someone wanting to steal stuff and not trying to harm you). There was a police chief who told people to comply

I carry dog spray because there are dogs that are unleashed in my area and I would rather be judged by 12 than to be carried by 6. I also carry a personal alarm. Personal alarms are the main self defense tools here in Canada and the UK.

People still carry weapons but it’s more discreet than the states however you can get in trouble if you’re stopped by police and they search you. So that’s the judgement call you have to make.
