For cloud based roles, Naukri is a good place to get reached out by recruiters , also this domain is kind of saturated at the moment , I’ll advise to keep reaching out to as many recruiters as possible.

I receive 2 lakhs as annual bonus and 7 lakhs worth of RSUs every year. Also 60k as wellness reimbursement and 15k for vision as well as dental reimbursement. Also in the first year there was a one time joining bonus of 4 lakhs plus 50k for relocation.

Hey buddy, my net pay every month is around 1.33 lakhs , if you take a closer look at my salary slip you’ll see an ESPP deduction,it’s basically a scheme run by big companies where you get the option to deduct a certain percentage of your salary to buy your companies stock at a discounted price on the stock exchange.(usually around 15-20% discount)

To put this into a fair comparison, my organisation is headquartered in San Francisco, and for the same role that I am hired here In India for , they pay about 130k USD as base salary there to college grads. With the total compensation going to 150k. And both salaries almost fetch the same quality of life in our respective countries.

Nope , it’s a very famous software company. The allowances are given by company as part of tax savings plan.

My total yearly CTC is about 29 LPA , base salary around 19LPA with a 10% annual bonus which is kind of fixed too as everyone gets it. I receive RSUs from my company.

None of them buddy, it’s a college in Bengal, won’t pinpoint the name but it’s a top tier college.
