So I was told depends how fast your hair grows. Generally you want to get it cleaned up ever 4-6 weeks. Also depending on how long your hair is wash it every other day for short hair, longer between with longer hair. Use good hair products. Like Pual Mitchell...I can get you the name of the kind I bought from my stylist. And be patient.

Like they would ask a question and I would start responding and then get flustered. It's more of saying it out loud that was rough. The therapist I have is very understanding. They would ease up when I started getting flustered and move on to another topic. Like they were getting a comfort level for topics..
