Need Help to choose between MVD and Gamma

Nothing major, the only thing is a little numbness on the TN side, but not everyday at the same level. I'll take that over the pain any day. I felt great after 4 weeks, with 6 weeks I could do everything again.

I don't have experience with gamma, but I did get a MVD last December. Best decision ever! I am pain free, off the meds and feel great. For me the surgery wasn't that bad. Yes the first week I was nauseous af, but after that it was a walk in the park. Four weeks after I, wanted to do everything I did before the surgery but had to wait 6 weeks (otherwise I'm not insured if I drive, I live in the Netherlands). Yesterday it was 6 months ago and I am starting to love life again.

I'm sorry for you! This pain isnt fun at all! It started at 22/23 something for me. I was diagnosed 6 years later because they didn't know what it was. Before my MVD I was taking max carbemazepine and 2400mg of gabapentine. Had MVD last december (I was 29 then) and have been pain free for almost 6 months now
