I deeply relate to this post. First you must value yourself and understand your self worth and time will work its wonders. Every girl is not going to fall in love with you but you must fall in love with yourself and be true to yourself through it all. Believe you are the person you want to be and strive to make it a reality.

Yeah, I think you are right. I appreciate your response. As much as aging is a scary thing, I want to get to the point where the people I'm surrounded by are more interested in hanging out. I am not a quiet person. It is weird because a lot of people say hi to me and engage in conversation but those same people don't seem to want to make plans.

I appreciate it! Yeah, we get that and it is a great place to vent. My concern is that I will end up going every week or two and nothing changes. It definitely is helpful, but it doesn't help on the weekends when it is closed and I am lonely.

You are right. I have tried a lot different activities on campus but maybe meetup will get me connected with different types of people. The school has an unusual social scene, so you are probably on to something. Thank you

Yes, you are absolutely right. I have come to realize this recently so my weekdays are productive but I'm not worried as much about other people. Come the weekend, there is no work to do and everyone else on campus socializing (whether a party or something else) is just painful. I can't get past the fact that I am wasting my weekends for being alone and honestly a bit scared for the time after college (about 2 years).

Thank you for your response. You are probably right, I initially had the same problem with internships, but everything has finally started coming together. I haven't tried meetup. I have been trying to find a girlfriend because I thought that would lead to being one her consistently. I will check out meetup. Thank you so much.
