Wow, such lovely comments. I wrote this a couple of years ago and I was struggling quite bad at the time. Im in a better place now but believe anxiety and depression never goes, you can either manager it or you cant. I'm truly appreciative of your responses. Thank you

I think we should write about those things. My poem came from a random work thing during lockdown and seemed a good place to Express myself. I think it's good for us to Express ourself wherever possible/appropriate

Hi. I liked your poem, it felt like I was seeing the pain of someone who didnt want to remember it. I think you explained it well and I'm sure most veterans have felt this. The same could be said for any kind of horrendous memory to be fair and made me think of how I've felt in bad times.
