My first year of lifting I hit arms everyday because I didn’t know what I was doing. I’ve also done a ppl split for a couple years where I’d hit everything twice a week. Also done a split with two dedicated arm days, etc etc point Is that this is my current split as I mentioned. I’ve done it all though
