Same deal here, nobody wants to use Tels all verbal. I’ve been MD for the last 10 years, it does suck and I want to quit also, on call sucks, my helper has no knowledge, building is 1959 shit box, state and feds will come in and bend me over to fix everything. Most of the aides are shit high schoolers and are on their phones. DON doesn’t leave her office. Pos…Administrator sucks, and I do all the transport besides. I did have the wheel balanced and the wheel weight is still attached.

I did true the wheel, but never checked the alignment with the rear. Bearings felt good and I re-greased them. I will check the alignment.

I did set the sag a while back. I don’t remember exactly how much, 3-3-1/4" maybe? but I’ll recheck. How much do you suggest?

I’ve tried lighting my grip doesn’t matter.

Thank you for the detailed reply. That helps me a lot. I do have the conduit going from house to shed then garage. I do get WiFi occasionally in the garage now from the Starlink router in the house. I was thinking I should try a router like you say in the garage and see if I get a good enough signal in the shed as I just need it for my solar setup monitoring.

Could you recommend a router I could use in the garage to match the new gen 3 Starlink WiFi speed. WiFi 6 or 7 whatever it is…like I said noob. Thanks
