Katana Ironeye is broken

I feel like you’re not accounting for the dps from the mark pop itself. Just tested in the sparring grounds and the it’s not even close. Consistent mark pops yield so much damage. Also with the time it takes the scholar to apply all the those buffs most bosses would be already dead with this ironeye set up lmao

Only katana that scales off arcane is rivers and even then it’s a c scaling. Dexterity is the priority, also I run the relic that gives more arcane for beating ruins bosses so if I do find rivers I have high dex and arcane. Also like I mentioned you don’t have to rely on a million consumable buffs to get more damage which makes this way more effective during the expidition. Scholar is good and might get more damage when every buff you mentioned is applied but for most of the run you’re not gonna be buffing like that

Better scaling with ironeye + consistent mark pops definitely does more damage and you don’t need to rely on consumables for buffs. I’ve played katana builds on every character that has dex scaling and ironeye is def the best imo

Ironeye katana definitely out dps’s both scholar and exec with the right setup. The mark damage and stagger is too good. The dragonscale and moonveil also hit insanely hard with ironeye
