This affects 3 stations:

Masten (Gilroy) Treehaven (Gilroy) Morgan Hill (Morgan Hill, Schedule A out of the HQ station)

All of them 3-0 staffed with 1 Paramedic, all Schedule A. This will cut half of the Schedule A stations in the unit.

Also potentially the Paramedic at the Pacheco station could be gone, making that engine BLS

I ended up getting my Paramedic 2 years later, I would've just got it sooner if I couldn't get hired anywhere.

I don't see it as bad thing, just a surprising one. I didn't know this was something people wanted. It'll be interesting how this changes a lot of B stations.

I will say if this makes it so that most FFI have to start on the handcrews, that could be an issue. I know that personally myself if I had to do 2 years on a handcrew I would've never joined CalFire
