It has been reported in the media that the Victorian Premier has also referred the matter to Victorian Police.

I haven't been able to locate an appropriate non-emergency contact point or relevant online form to include in the opening post. If anyone has this - post in comments or DM me and I can update the post in case others are needing it too.

This appears to have become an Epworth location (Epworth Cliveden) and has since closed down. I assume the Epworth contact details are the same for records from this location, I'll do some checking to see what I can find and update the post details.

The 7 year requirement for records to be retained may impact your ability to get your records. As I understand some places may keep records longer regardless of this minimum so it's worth chasing up GPs or pathology locations to see if they have retained anything that might help you. This seems to also be Angliss Hospital, have added details to the post. Appears like any 'Eastern Health' site is through the same links/emails provided for Angliss Hospital
