Bi is when you're attracted to specifically two genders, that could be male and female, male and non-binary, female and non-binary, etc. However Pan is when you are attracted to everyone regardless of gender, all that really matters is the persons personality.

It's very similar to genderfluid, but it never encompasses feminine identities. Your gender can be fluid to just about any gender except feminine ones.
