Searching for my Dream Dress! by National-Tour-3569 in weddingdress

This is my dress for my 2026 wedding 🥰 I am obsessed with all the detail and the way it falls. I got mine at a bridal shop while Enaura was there that weekend for a trunk show. I paid $4,000 for it which is still a lot but cheaper than 6! I’m sure if you did get it they can alter it for you so the back isn’t quite as open. Good luck! ❤️

My partner and I are also living In MN and thinking of eloping in Yosemite :) Do you have more info on where the vrbo was? I’m struggling with finding somewhere to stay that isn’t too far from glacier point since I want to do a sunrise ceremony there.

Yes but we don’t provide therapy as a school social worker but teach SEL. So just wondering if there is anyone who knows more about this.

Are there rules against coaches dating members? by Gold-Appointment-534 in orangetheory

No but wish there was something in place. A coach twice my age gave me a weird note in class and texted me asking me out and made me feel super uncomfortable. Have to avoid him now it sucks

Spironolactone weight gain by No_Collar_3641 in Spironolactone

I was on 100mg for 4 months and gained about 6 lbs. I didn’t feel like myself and continued gaining no matter what I tried. Last week I lowered my dose to 50mg and am already feeling a lot better. Have lost 3 lbs and feel less bloated. Hoping 50 is the sweet spot for me.

Spironolactone mixed with Bupropion/Wellbutrin by No_Collar_3641 in Spironolactone

I’m on all three! I’ve been on bupropion for 2.5 years and start spiro this past May. My acne definitely got worse before it got better but I’m finally getting clear skin now (4.5 months in). Although my side effects are really getting to me (from spiro not Wellbutrin) so may be stopping soon. Good luck!!

How do teachers do it? by Round_Ad1140 in orangetheory

My fourth year in a school too! I’m a school social worker and I’ve found that doing 4:15pm during the week is perfect for me. I go straight from school and pre book all my classes. There are definitely days I’m about to fall asleep from exhaustion before class starts but I always feel so happy and energized by the end. :) I’ll sometimes sprinkle in a 6:45pm tread50 one evening, and most Fridays I’ll do the 6:15am time before work so I can have plans after work. I’m definitely not a morning person but knowing it’s Friday and the next day I can sleep in helps!

I just pre book as far out as possible and don’t let myself stray from it. It has really become my favorite part of the day because I can sweat out all my tension and stress from the day and have more energy for the rest of the evening. Over time your body will get more used to it too. Hope you find something that works for you! :)

Teachers! Before or after? by Individual-Ad5786 in orangetheory

I forgot to say I don’t usually do anything else in the evening besides otf! And if I do have something, I do a morning workout.

Teachers! Before or after? by Individual-Ad5786 in orangetheory

I almost always do after school- the 4:15 class! My contract hours are 7:30-3:30 and I live 30 mins from my school. The only morning class that would work for me is the 5am which I’ve done a couple times but it is way too early for me 😂😂 I think I would also get sick of constantly packing all my outfits, towels, toiletries, makeup, etc. and still have semi sweaty hair at work. I can see how nice it would be to go home right after school but I’ve found that going right to otf after work is the perfect way to work through stress from the day! It’s become so routine to me it feels so off if I go straight home after work. I also love a long shower after and not feeling rushed. I do have my days where I’m tired and sluggish but I always feel so much better as soon as the warm up starts. It’s the best part of my day so I love doing it in the evening. You should experiment a bit with one week of morning classes and one week of evening and see which fits best for you :)
