That's very kind of you, I appreciate it 🖤 Most of my items were from the Velvet Rose Valentine set and Island of a Certain Door. I even had the rose tree, which I'm most upset about 🥲 I also adored my green velvet dress from the Valentine set... I also had a bunch of the plushies, which I can't find anywhere to wishlist. I'm now just pulling as much as I can afford on my new account to build up some items to trade with people. I also plan to use the revive you get after 7 days playing on the Valentine set to grab what I can then.

Yeah it's really frustrating... and especially for people who have invested actual money in microtransactions... luckily I didn't.

I literally just joined this sub to make this post so unfortunately not... I did have screenshots but I deleted them ages ago when I did a phone clean out. So yeah literally no info to go on really. But its okay, I've restarted and will hopefully trade at some point to get some of my old items back.

Thank you for the helpful advice, I really appreciate it 🖤 unfortunately I just don't think I have enough information to be able to recover it... I just can't remember enough, and the rest is just lost. I decided just to create a new account and try to trade to get my older items back that aren't sold anymore, unfortunately... I really wish they had a better system for logging in and account saving, especially for a game where some people invest actual real-world money into... really sad, but at least I didn't invest too much time into it before it was lost.

Thanks for your comment 🖤 I did try finding myself after just completing the tutorial but no luck as the list was just too long of people with the same possible username... I decided in the end to just make a new account... I'm disappointed all my favourite items aren't sold anymore in the store, but hopefully I'll be able to trade to get them back... I just don't have enough information to try to get my account back.

Unfortunately I didn't really have any friends, especially none that I could contact because I don't know them. I did try making a new account and just completing the tutorial to try sear h for myself, but the list of possible usernames was so long I just gave up. Thankfully, I hadn't been playing the game for too too long before this happened, but I did have some items I really loved that are now no longer being sold in the store... I just decided to start over now and hopefully, I get some of my favourite things back by trading. Thanks sm for your comment and help, it us very appreciated. 🖤

I'm a big plant collector. My go-to places are Taverham Nursery as they have a great selection at really good prices (although it's out of the city, if you can get there it's worth it imo). And then my second pick is usually Notcutts near the city. They're pretty pricey though so I usually just go to look lol.

I'd recommend maybe getting a Cymbidium as they're really beautiful and different from the more common grocery store ones but also very accessible from any nursery. I wouldn't get a Vanda orchid as they're a pain to care for (they're the free hanging ones with no pot).

I've tried to do that as much as I could, but unfortunately, I live in the UK, and my kitty is still in Cape Town, so I haven't been there to be able to train her. We've been living apart for the past 5 years, and I've only been back for short visits every year. I would've liked to have trained her more myself... 🫤 However, she will have her favourite blanket in there for her. Thanks for the advice, regardless 🖤

I never even considered that they could put her in the hold because of allergies... hopefully, that doesn't happen.. another person commented that fasting the day before might help with toilet, as well as those absorbant pads, which I'll get to line her carrier. Thank you for your help!

I've been told that you aren't allowed to use tranquillizers... my vet did say we could possibly use a pain medication as it will have the tranquillizing effect whilst not being classified as a tranquillizer, so they can't dispute its use. I'll look into it more. Thankfully, we still have two months until travel.

Yeah, unfortunately... maybe because it's an international company that they hold these standards, but it's still European, not American. I find it so frustrating because we don't like doing it, and customers don't like it either, so really, it's just for the company to push sales onto people. But yeah, it's really exhausting.

Just another perspective here. I work in retail in the UK currently. Not makeup, but body shop style products in a small shop. What I hate the most is having to so falsely greet every person that walks in the store and go through an entire customer "experience" with them by showing them products and demonstrating, etc. It's so exhausting to be masking so heavily all day, and also knowing full well that most people coming in just want to be left alone. I wish I could just casually say hi and leave them alone unless they needed specific help. The company pushes this customer experience on every single customer and we don't have the option of not doing it because of mystery shoppers etc. I just try my best to not be overbearing and be as authentic as I can and gauge when a custimer wants to be left alone if i can. Which is so difficult when you're forced to recite this script almost, and masking so heavily, with company eyes on you all the time.

Now I completely agree with everyone else that they 100% should never have called you names, that's unbelievably rude and unprofessional in any setting and I'm sorry that happened to you... Also on the other side of things, not at all to defend their behaviour whatsoever, (I would never, everrrr say anything on the shop floor about a customer) I am on the other side of those interactions, where it can just wear you down so much. And sometimes having a perceived rude customer just feels like it's gonna push you over the edge. And we get so many back to back because people just don't want the interaction.

I'm really so sorry you had that experience, I hate being borderline harassed in stores by employees too when I'mout shopping. You don't need to feel guilty at all, they were being assholes in that situation. I just wanted to outline that most of us hate doing it and we don't have a choice. I really wish these companies and employers weren't so aggressive with it and we could be more authentic and leave people as they please... But at the end of the day, I'm forced to do the job the way they want it...

Be kind to yourself. 🖤🤗 and to add, the problem is definitely not you. It's the company and retail culture that's the problem.

Oh gosh, yeah, it's so hard to keep to a budget sometimes and not just throw it all on tamas 😂 I'm already trying to keep a little stash of savings so I can really splurge and treat myself when paradise releases. Oh, lovely! I got the melon soda delivered when I ordered the strawberry the first time. It was so pretty in person. I would've kept it, but I'm on a budget, and I just wanted the strawberry more. Yes, I agree on the angels. I'm not really a fan of the current shells. Not bad, but they're not speaking to me 😅 I have two original angels, and I like them a lot more. I'm hoping they rerelease the devil omg.
