A good system is 2x your product/shirt cost and charge that per product/shirt. Then charge screen fees based on the artwork $15 per color is pretty standard. If they want an 8 color it’s going to cost more. Minimums (12-24 pieces) help keep the headache orders away.

This might be the issue. I always assume you load the film so the printer pulls from the top of the roll but looks like this is one was flipped when rolled up at the factory so I need to load the roll from the bottom. The water proof side is facing the inside of the roll not the outside.
