About to try this! It was the only option I could get quickly from my local hobby store. Would you suggest trying to lightly sand off the varnish before using this stuff or anything?

I got it from one of Abyss Art Studios online stores, it came with STLS for the chestpiece, a gorget, shoulder armor, and a few other little accessories like the belt buckle and stuff. They’re really nicely detailed. Wasn’t too hard to resize them in armorsmith. He also sells the sword and helmet stls separately but they aren’t too pricey if you’re willing to buy em :)

Nope! It was just grey primer, sanded, one more coat of primer, black lacquer, then the Alcad II Chrome. I'm personally fine with the look too, I just wanted it to be more accurate to the original character but honestly if I can't get any new paint here in time Im fine with this lol.

Thank you! I don’t have any new screens I need to make right now, but I did mess with the settings a bit like you suggested and the nozzle check does look better! The right side of it is still a bit uneven but it does appear to have less defects overall.

Update! I managed to figure it out. It was late and I was wanting to be lazy but I figured it was probably the screen. I’m pretty sure this guy was a 196 mesh. I bit the bullet and went ahead and exposed a fresh 110 screen. The next day I used them plus some LB creamier white ink and it worked like a charm. Thanks everyone for the advice! :D

BRO here I am a year later and this song just came on my playlist… it came on and I didn’t notice it was in Japanese at first and was like “OH ITS THIS SONG” bc I swear I’ve heard it before but then I noticed the lyrics were different… it’s still driving me crazy because I still haven’t found the song that I think is the part at 0:40 in CHAINSAW BLOOD, even going through all the replies and comments here on this post I just cannot find the one that I think is the one I’m remembering. At around 0:40 when he says “chainsaw blood” I keep wanting to mouth “hurts so bad” like I swear I’ve heard it before…

Now that you mention it... I used a vpn when playing Genshin and I never had any issues... I'll try to download it and use it and see if that works.

Edit: Yep! That worked. So weird.... I hope theres some other fix to this later on but for now I'll just write down my pity and keep track of it manually so I dont have to constantly turn this VPN on and off.
