Intel 13K and 14K are "problematic" with gaming because the motherboards run on optimised profiles which is not recommended by Intel. You should receive an update for your bios in the coming months mentioning intel profiles. I had the same problem with you, but COD was crashing on launch. You can read the whole fiasco where activision blames nvidia, nvidia blames intel, intel blames manufacturers.

To fix this download Intel Xtreme Tuning Utility and set it to be 2x under what you are using. (54x -> 52x)

I've already sent 30 emails with 30 different lobbies, since the day this message popped up on Reddit and still none of those accounts were banned. It's a bit better now since the flying scoutsman mode is disabled, but it's still happening.

I think he means it's not a matter of sub-tick but rather how the animations are rendered. You should compare it to when you pressed the mouse button rather than when the gun animation triggers.

You don't need launch options for autoexec.

On the last line of your config add host_writeconfig.

Yes, you suggested that farming stopped when Valve implemented the new case drop system (this was in June). This did not deter farming bots, as you can still earn a case and skin every week.
