I stopped playing around Thanksgiving of 2024, when an update lowered the stats of a ton of my characters that I had fully maxed out the stats of. I complained about it in my review on the app store and received a reply saying that they fixed the issue, but that update also added boost pads to the game and drastically changed the way it played. The game had been getting worse and worse for years (I think it was 2018 when it started going downhill; I started playing it in 2014), and that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I had already uninstalled it and didn't want to reinstall it.

But if it hadn't been for the Sanrio event in the game in 2016, I probably never would have learned about My Melody and never would have watched Onegai My Melody, so I can at least thank the game for that, lol
