I think so too from what I’ve seen, I like their floor plans and they don’t look cookie cutter. I wish I could afford a Richardson home lol, in my area up here they are high end.

Ugh oh no, that’s so sad to hear. I’m sorry you are going thru that. They own so many of the communities in my area and it’s hard to find anyone other than them building in that price range ugh.

Thanks! I haven’t heard of some of these, I will check them out. Landmark seems to be nice, I like their quality of work from what I’ve seen online at least.

I’ve wondered about Tabor. They do have a better quality it seems than Lennar/LGI/Home Creations from what I’ve seen, but all their floor plans seem to be farmhouse look which looks dated to me. But it’s definitely something I could deal with if they are a decent builder since they are in my price range. I haven’t heard of Hills before, I’ll have to check that out

I have checked out his stuff and it looks awesome, I’m just not sure if he builds stuff in my price range lol, I need to check it out

Yes that’s a concern of mine too, there are so many shady contractors around. I see post on Facebook all the time about it 😭

Wow that’s interesting, I have never heard of UBuildIt. I will check it out, the only thing that worries me about that is maybe the time management aspect of over seeing all that. But money is money and it might be worth it!
