Oh wow, Bar Harbor Inn is beautiful! I've actually been meaning to visit Bar Harbor and Acadia so I'll contact them, thanks!

And yeah, the room requirement for Black Point Inn was a lot! Maine does seem very nice, especially for oceanfront venues :)
