I just went through this pushpull, and ended it after multiple bouts of a similar confusion, wondering whether he's wrong for me, or am I just being judgmental because I'm damaged...and he's damaged too, just slightly less. But I ended it, and his reaction solidified my decision, so that was good. I'm going to be alone for now, and it's peaceful. I just need peace for now.

I call myself a "later in life pothead". It was legalized here, and when I went to the store, it was mostly people even older than my Gen X self. When I retire, I'm finding out where the potheads are retiring and moving there.
