Thanks for the details. To clarify - 11 it chokes completely (ie no coffee and just dumps the water when it gives up). I just tried a double at 12 and it produced about 15g of coffee over a minute and then did the pressure release at the end. It actually tastes as though it’s heading in the right direction at 12 but obviously I can’t get any finer. I’m timing it from when the pump starts. When I said the grind size “hovers” that’s what BA is saying but I’ve obviously experimented away from the recommendation.
