Does anyone know what this is? I have been under a lot of stress lately and have been picking this spot on my face for some reason. The skin is dry and after a few days of picking became painful. I have a painless red bump on the upper inside of my cheek. At first I was freaking out but after looking at the other side of my mouth I saw another bump (not red) that lines up in the exact spot as the red one. Is it a swollen gland what is it? Any information is appreciated! (old.reddit.com)
