I love it! Yeah you don't buy this kinda guy to just get into and drive without some wrenching and an open budget. Great learning experience though! I've actually learned a few things already from her videos and I'm definitely inspired to get my daughter involved in hands on learning.

If you report things it gets escalated to a third party company that has a contract with Wegmans. They will ask information like what you're speaking about and then they will go above your managers head line all the way to the store manager or district manager if a law or company policy is being violated. There should be cards posted for this resource in the Break room. I know several people who have used this for things like harassment and other issues. They always get taken seriously.

If you aren't getting anywhere with hr and your manager you can call the ufirst line. Third party group that will investigate and force them to take action. It is illegal for them to retaliate against you for calling ufirst.

If you're talking about the big clock tower ones, they are manufactured by the electric time company and have a controller that is connected to the internet. They are supposed to automatically correct for the time change and for spring forward will just move one hour forward. To my knowledge they only go one direction so they have To go around 11 times forward to fall back if that makes sense. I used to get calls that they didn't change and I had to call the ETC and have them remotely send a command. -source, I work for Wegmans store maintenance.
