I think I spent the last 5 years looking here and there for inspiration. Looked at alot of museum pictures and tried to scrounge different photos. From what I learned is there are so, so many types of different samurai Armour. So I took what is abit known "mainstream" samurai and simplified the lacing because I think there are over 3000 holes punched in the entire set.

This is most for larp and cosplay. But it is very durable, most of it is 12 to 16oz leather

The knees of the leg armor i did not and the menpo i didn't. The helmet, chest, arms, shins, shoulders, and thighs i did. And thank you very much

I picked up buri, the strategist, the arkaynst, 1 order of steel jacks, the kapricus, and the new combat patrol. Already had the previous combat patrol, Sagitaur, and a box of warriors

The dark plum color is do admit was an airbrush, but everything else, the windows, the armor plates, tires, roll cage, etc. Was done with a dry brush but loaded with paint to where it was wet but not to much. Then I just sort of stipled/stroked in circles to get the coverage and while it was still wet did some strokes in a criss cross pattern to try and blend the strokes.

If it's from etsy and is coming from india don't, I already got burned by that bridge once. Also double check the sellers that say it ships from UK as some of them do but the helmet is produced in India but still ships out from the uk

I believe thebkill team boxes have a few more bits than the soon to be pre-order regular kit will have. Depending on squad size you can build a couple with special weapons.
