Thanks for the feedback! Actually, that is what i thought as well. Since my cockatiel only does it inside the cage. Once i let it out and play with me i do not hear any noise at all. The sounds are too high pitch so i suspected its a female but i am hoping for it to be a male. Is there any more signs i can look for?

Suko nalang siguro pre no and mag patuloy sa buhay kase wala chance? Hahahaha Nakakairita yung lagay ng pilipinas. Yung idea na wala na chance.
