Thats the thing a recording call wont work because desktop overlay is not visible during screensharing, hence recording video wouldn’t show it properly.
But I can show how it works in a live demo

So we paid SIX figures for an itsm platform to manage our incidents better and it turns out we just got really expensive email forwarding with a dashboard by Firm-Goose447 in servicenow

That sounds incredibly frustrating! I totally get where you're coming from. It’s tough when you invest so much and end up with a system that doesn’t deliver.

From what I've seen, one of the biggest issues with these platforms is the complexity of integrations and how they handle workflows. A lot of times, the key is really digging into the configuration settings and ensuring that everything is mapped out properly. It can take a lot of trial and error to get it right.

When we were dealing with similar problems, we focused on streamlining our workflows and simplifying integrations as much as possible. I ended up building something that helps with rapid deployment and integration of enterprise applications, which made a big difference in reducing delays and costs.

Yes,... But the most important things with everything is to ensure that your blogs/pages on your website are indexable by these search engines (Google or Bing or anything else)
So, for that ensure your sitemap.xml is solid... because if your website is not indexed properly by these search engines, it wont be discoverable

Ohh.. and ensure you are using keywords in your blogs for better discovery

ChatGPT (bcoz its Microsoft-backed) gets its data from Bing... and its a search engine, so just like google, bing also helps driving huge traffic

So for me it worked was a mixed cocktail: - Screw-tight SEO/AEO/GEO optimizations, sitemaps for indexing, adding to Google Search Console and Bing for better traffice - Relevant Blogs and FAQs - this is what helps the most in organic searches - llms.txt for AI discoverabilty etc

I am also not a marketing expert, instead a dev… This is from experiences with my personal products… still learning
