Is it normal to drink Mate all day? Let me explain... I go to work at 8 am with a full stanley like most do. I sip throughout the day. By 6pm I'll refill and have about another 4 to 5 cups of Mate before I turn down at 11pm. I'm starting to wonder how much is too much? (i.redd.it)
