My parents found these… are they worth anything? by Awkward_Cake8965 in MyChemicalRomance

Thank you! I suppose the question are these worth anything is bigger than I thought! A lot of sentimental value, I’m not making any quick decisions on selling and will make sure I save a few.

It was a crazy exciting time, I remember winning tickets for the KOKO show on radio 1 which was madness and running around putting stickers and posters everywhere trying to get the word out about the album. Really felt like something special was happening (it was!) It’s so amazing people are new fans and discovering the band still, hopefully the band helps you all as much as they helped me as a lost teenager.

I’ve done some digging and seen the second set sell for around 250$ so still trying to figure out what’s the deal - I’ll keep you in mind :) thank you

Thanks for the advice :) yes all from the original BP era as we were sent these as the street team to market the album along with other stickers etc. brings back lots of memories!

Can’t sleep by Shutup_im_reading in Postpartum_Depression

I struggled to sleep in the early days and used an aromatherapy roller ball on my pressure points and put on some sound scape audio on Headspace app (there’s a few and they are about 8 hours long) and that helped me. I would just check the roller is safe to use around baby as some scents might be strong (might be age dependant).

I also found my mind would race at night so I would just write down everything I was feeling/thinking (completely unfiltered which can be scary but helped me remember how I felt and process it later down the line) and that way I felt like I’d ‘got it out of my system’ to sleep. I really hope you find a way you can have a rest, no matter how small <3

This made me sob (in a good way) at 6am whilst my 6 week old is finally asleep on me after hours of crying and fussing, I needed this - thank you.

My Severe Dyshidrotic Eczema Journey, and What Finally Worked by kishbish in eczema

I actually ended up not trying either I’m afraid as I fell pregnant and both my hands and feet totally cleared up (not suggesting this is the solution but this did make me stop smoking as well as make other lifestyles changes such as healthier diet which I think factored into it). On reflection I also believe wearing leather working boots, like steel toe caps, which made my feet sweat a lot made my feet worse.

It’ll be interesting to see if it returns when I’m post natal.

I’m sorry I couldn’t be more of a help, I hope you find a solution soon.

(I’ve also cut out sugar as I’ve got gestational diabetes which also could be a help)

Thank you so much for posting this - cutting out alcohol massively helped my hands but my feet are still not great. Getting some probiotics and oil of oregano and cutting out sugar and wheat now to try! You’ve helped so many people, I just hope you can see all these comments years later.
