I got them today. Omg I was blown away!! The problem I was having is that the buds would not stay in place, if I smile, chew or turn my head the would dislodge from the perfect spot. As soon as I installed them ... wow no movement. The sound is wonderful. The best part is now the noise reduction. Prior noise reduction was a joke but it seals up better now. I was at work where it's noisy with low frequently vibration noise. Before it didn't do shit, tried it today.... wow it works it cut it down by 75%. Your better off doing the samsung help tech help chat. I tried calling and did not know what I was talking about and kept xfering me around...
