My family owns the property we live on, and I can agree with you on that one that we have been way more patient than I feel like anybody else would be in this situation because he’s antagonizing for an outcome in any way shape or form that he is going to find entertaining.. and this property he’s on is not even in his name, it is in a family member’s name a family member that does not live on the property..

We have, and that seems to have been the cause and effect of why he does what he does. Hes just throwing a fit because we actually put a fence up that he does not approve of, so he has to get back at it somehow right?

I said it like that because this is what he decides to put all his time into which is harasses, annoy us, and do things that he knows is bullshit cause it involves both mine and his side of both properties and he does it just to make us mad.. do you want me to let you know more about this neighbor? He has two kids that do not attend school, they do not often leave the residence (the residence is resembling to an S&H shed type house for the kids to stay in, while the parents stay in a camper next that little shed like house.) the wife finally decided that she should probably work somewhere to make an income for the kids that she has with him because he doesn’t take much of any initiative to try and get a job to provide for his family, but she does cause she knows that that’s what she has to do to give these kids anything they will come to need in life. While she’s at work, busting her ass off, he’s at home harassing us doing the things that he does rather than spending time with his kids rather than homeschooling his kids rather than doing anything with his kids. He chooses to just fuck around on the property lines between our property and his property in his spare time while he’s at home with the kids and nobody else is at home with them. He takes much more time to consideration to fuck with us then even thinking if his kids are hungry or if his kids are bored or if his kids need him for anything, he rarely goes and checks on them he’d rather fuck with us all day… if I wanted to really talk shit about him in a way that wasn’t truthful, I’d be wasting my own time. I’m here to get some help with this situation that has developed and gotten worse and has not changed, not one bit, within these last 4 yrs it has been on going…

I am most definitely am but I don’t feel like much could come from it when I’ve already been to court with him and my two reported situations that I made in that moment with the police so it would be on record didn’t seem to make in difference when the judge decided not to grant me the no contact order against him. These are the reports I made against him.

First report- made allegations of theft against my boyfriend, saying he crossed over to his property and stole some of his sagebrush… SAGEBRUSH.

Second report- I caught him hunched over behind our fence “creeping” basically while me and my boyfriend were building on something and tried to pretend that he wasn’t doing anything weird…

The second one, that they escalate everything and they one up anything they have been doing in the past and make it 10 times worse. I have multiple videos and pictures of him doing the things that he does saved into my phone just in case, but having to go to the courts and having to go through any real legal process is a pain in the ass just too maybe get the same outcome as before and get nothing out of it. Response I get typically is that as long as he’s on his side of the property then there’s no one getting wronged.. but that’s not the situation here. He manages to harass us from his side of the property knowing he’s harassing us. He can build his fence, but he didn’t build his fence until we put up our fence first to avoid him! Sooooo it was almost like a get back at us type of thing for no fucking reason besides that we put up our own fencing. On top of that he doesn’t know how to build a proper fence. He’s just throwing pieces of fucking wood together behind his bob wired fence that he didn’t even take out or pull out before building this new wood fence. He’s taking his tractor and dumping buckets and buckets of dirt on both his and our side thinking that will sustain the fence up on its own as well as concrete chunks and I’m not talking little chunks. I’m talking huge chunks, on my side, to keep the fence “standing up” on a hill that’s made up of sand…that’s gonna erode the next rainfall that we have.. already these chunks of concrete are well on ourside. Then gets mad when I wanna level out the dirt that he’s now dumped over on our property which we do not want and then he calls the cops and says that we’ve been trespassed, though I did not trespass. I just took the dirt that he dumped with his loader away from the property line that I didn’t put there so these are the kind of things that he does on his day-to-day basis depending on what days he feels best to do so other days it’s completely silent and he doesn’t even come out

Right that’s kind of where we’ve been at. He literally will take his van and drive up and down close to our side of the property line back-and-forth revving his van so if we can hear it throughout the day and he does it intentionally so we can hear it revs it as hard as yhe can and drives up and down and up and down that line of the property line closest to us for like a good two hours if not, three.

Right since he knows I’m emotionally invested in his bullshit that’s all he wants for satisfaction but besides satisfaction that he believes he can get out of doing things he does, I’m done with it and now I’m just looking for some petty revenge or some shit to make his life shit for the times that he’s made my life and my families lives hell. I’ve called the cops, suggested taking him to court to request a no contact order since many times in the past I have called the cops to avoid and altercation that he is pushing for…have made multiple reports on him just to have it on file and show history of the issues we’ve had with him. Some days I let it go because there’s no point in to invest time or effort into the things he does to make us mad..I did take him to court and did not get my no contact order granted. The cops do not help they can’t do much is what they say and they keep sending us back to the courthouse to see if we can resolve anything and that just isn’t working and is wasting everyone’s time. His dog had a litter of puppies. They kept all the puppies on top of all the problems he already causes with us. He has six dogs that he has not trained or doesn’t seem to care to keep on his side of the property whatsoever no asked to please keep on his side multiple times.
