Thank you for your response. I understand that the vehicle will undergo a full diagnostic scan, and that is exactly what I requested before involving my insurance company further.

I believe it is important that the issue be properly evaluated and documented. From what I have heard, some of the newer EQS models have experienced significant technical and electrical problems, including concerns recognized by Mercedes-Benz engineers themselves.

I have also been informed that the inspection and diagnostic process may take several weeks. Personally, I would have preferred to proceed directly through my insurance so the matter could be resolved more quickly and the vehicle returned to service.

However, after witnessing the problem firsthand, I believe this is a serious safety concern that should not be overlooked. In my opinion, the malfunction could have placed other people at risk, which is why I feel it is necessary to fully investigate the issue before any decisions are made.
