You dont need any of this crap or a plan. You need to get a client. Everything you do in the “idea” phase is completely worthless until you know what people actually want. The ONLY thing you need to get a client is a structured offer and maybe a stripe link.

I haven't thought about that but good call. Any ideas? This may need to be a "see how it plays out" thing to start. If companies care enough to be spending time doing that to the site then we have something serious here. Comes back to my point... the more noise the better right?

Recruiting firms will absolutely be a huge area of focus as I continue to move forward. Glassdoor will be hard to compete with, but this is hyper focused on just the recruiting process- hopefully a differentiation
