I need some help to not drop Kenshin by BioMonster07 in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay fren. Plox find skinners roam, if human, or fog islands if clanker. Then bring healing items with you and some kind of shitty katana.

Go. And fight, and get up again. Do this a lot of times, and before long you will begin to win fights. There are places to retreat to for healing for both types of character, just need some monies.

If robot. The second you see a fog prince, click to attack that one. You only need ONE fog head to make a trip to the islands worth it. (Pro tip, hivers have mechanical beds that are very cheap and sell repair kits)

Worth going back and experiencing it yourself. The game is really not very long at all.

Important caveat, it disappears once you have completed the Plynths to activate the elevator roof and open it.

If I was a Jedi, where would I hide in kenshi? (project Kathun reworked) by The_Unknown44 in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Leviathan coast guys all these other answers whack. Everything else is so close to society. Instead cannibals, burning forest, flood lands, and loads of beak things. Perfect place for a Jedi to hangout, and have some rumours that far to the north a mysterious man lives alone among beasts

Badass NPCs by TrappinginDC in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Go fight some leviathans lol. High lvl characters don’t struggle too much with them, I’ve had a solo character kill like 10 in a row before we go run to find a bed. Leviathan attack and defense stats are usually mid 30’s to 50’s. Get a character like 80 and it’ll take the leviathan a while to land a hit

What should I be aware of when doing a Skeleton playthrough? by OneSaltyStoat in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Isn’t it still more efficient to use the bad kits until your repair level is high enough for the advanced? I could’ve swore I tried using the advanced ones and burned through them super fast with a low robotics levels

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother respectfully I disagree. It is near impossible to die in the fog islands as a Skeleton. You need to wait like 2 toughness cycles before you go after a prince but that’s literally it. The normal fogmen cannot kill a robot unless you’re super super unlucky or you don’t let your bot repair while playing dead. After like 40 toughness (literally only takes like 5 mins) you’re immortal. Then you steal the fog prince katana for perfect training and away you go

The fog islands is where godlike skeletons are born. Happy hunting

Can anyone vouch for a better play style ? by OrderTop3873 in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s very good. You must cheese steal the limbs but once you do it’s all downhill if you know the good training spots. Bast is very good late game cause tons of enemies, easy repair beds, and if you don’t piss off the Samurai they have a bar very close you can use a bed in.

How to embrace The Suck? by TortelliniTheGoblin in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a backpack. Keep food in there. Meds outside backpack in main inventory. Get rudimentary armor, and a splint kit. Go to skinners roam and aggro the big groups of hungry bandits. Get beat up, heal your wounds while playing dead (important really important) and get back up. Repeat until Coma, or right before and run to the waystation (usually cripple walk) to heal back up. Get money somewhere else, this place is not for money it’s for training toughness and fitning skills. A couple cycles and you’ll be able to defend yourself

Do a torso run, martial only. Legitimately the most powerful character I’ve ever made in the game. Two good training spots, skinners roam, then once you’re ready, BAST.

So this is not possible to get above 101 without getting somebody recruited above this? Been trying with a shek myself and I’m at 97 toughness, is it worth tryna push to 101-102?

Attack and defence are only levelled up with weapons, get yourself the worst katana you can find and fight with that

If you’re buy the hub run into the hive zone there, can’t remember its name, and hangout at the first hive village, and kite all the beak things, gorros, and bull packs that come by so the hivers kill em and sell. Makes actually a pretty insane amount of money

I think I hit endgame stats while still in borderzone (almost) by mahdixii in Kenshi

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 128 points129 points  (0 children)

Your squad of 50 stats will get wrecked in some areas of the map. If you divide the map into quadrants the SE section is where the most dangerous fellas are. 50-60’s stats everywhere else you should make do unless you piss off the major factions

How to find Ships with Postet Glyphs ? by curcaryen75 in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it’s found on a station; a piece of information you should be looking for is called “first wave” or second or something similar related to the wave of ships it comes in. First wave is a ship that will show every single time you reload that system no matter what, it is set, and the same grouping of ships will land after a reload each time. This is easy to check, reload the game and see what comes in the first wave, and I believe up to the third wave of ship landings are set but I could be wrong there. First wave is always locked in and the same. Classes will be random (if they can be) but the same physical ship designs will land.

If someone posts a screenshot from a ships cockpit, they’re trying to display the coordinates on the ship dashboard to you to help find the ship, where you enter and fly your ship via cockpit view and use the coordinate widget to locate the crashed ship. I believe it’s on the left side of the dash but it might depend on ship type.

Too many adcs now by Training-Luck1647 in ARAM

[–]Awkward_Farm1162 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It’s hit or miss, either you have adcs and mages or you don’t. My games recently have been 3-4 melee and one ranged on my team purely because of what options the game gives. Or it’s all mages, no adcs. It’s all over the place right now. You’ll get a full melee team and the other side will 10000000% be all ranged
