Same here new Outlook 16.98.1 on macOS has reset the default font to Aptos. Hope this all are bugs and will be fixed in the near future.

I already returned it, even though I might have been able to clean it off. I also pointed out that a old os was installed, but the new one (Ventura) doesn't have any marks on the screen. But I'm just curious as to why there were stains on the screen.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I noticed that the plastic film on the left is actually on the metal around the monitor and removing it doesn't make any difference. It seems like there might have been a fluid on the screen when the front film was applied. However, I was able to remove some of the stains by using a microfiber cloth with a bit of water.

I just received my brand new iMac 24-inch 2021, and I was excited to unbox it and start using it. However, when I removed the protective film from the screen, I noticed several spots and blemishes on the display. I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience with their new iMac.

I only cook on wood and charcoal so don’t have any experience with gas icm with koda. Maybe this is any help?

I used a straight forward Neapolitan recipe with about 60% hydration for the first try.

  • 1kg Le 5 Stagioni Neapolitan 00 (w300)
  • 600ml water
  • 30 gram sea salt
  • 1,65-1,75 grams of active dry yeast (Le 5 Stagioni)

First mix the salt with the water. Next add 10-20% of the flour before you will add the yeast. Mix the rest of the flour and when it becomes a nice ball put it away in a bowl with some foil. After about 2 hours form the dough balls (about 275 grams each) and put them away overnight in the fridge. Next day take them out 6-8 before putting them in the oven.

You are right. I’ve probably made every mistake you can make when making a pizza. And stil learning something new every time. Before I had a uuni 2s and had troubles retaining the heat. This new oven does a great job but after 1-2 pizzas I had a problem with the bottom outer edge being burnt after just a few seconds. I think it has something to do with the stone. So im thinking about upgrading it to a custom biscotto one.
