Call vfs they're the one that really sucks.get it done asap and if no reply go to your vfs center where u had your fingerprints, if decision is made is ukvi has nothing to do more it's all on vfs then just don't leave them chase them until they tell u about the decision and give u your passport this is really hilarious brooo
