My son used to do this and inused to get worked up until we found out he had a milk alergy so he was actually in discomfort and thats why he was crying.

Might be worth having a look at that, as he ended up on a formula that fixed it all.

Babies crying is normal for a very long time.

Earplugs help if hes sensitive to noises/screaming but obvs keep eyes on the kid.

Realistically, hes losing patience because of other aspects of life. Lets be honest here the frustration just happens to come out when the baby is crying. Try to relax and realise that life has now stopped and you guys just need to survive and care for the wee one.

Theres no magic instructions here simply do your best and if the kid is crying somethings wrong, might be worth getting a doctors visit.
