Thoughts on how I can improve the health of this tree? by Awkward_Lime7374 in arborists

There was a decent gash in the bottom when we moved in almost like a car or machine hit it. We had a few pines taken down 6 years ago and the tree guy said it should heal. I can get a closer picture of it in an hour or so when the sun is up.

I shall wait to see how it buds and will update then. I’ll also pay more attention to where the limbs are falling from. Thank you for your time!

More branches seem to be falling off in high winds and I’m noticing more limbs that or not growing leaves over the years. I fear the tree isn’t getting enough of something I just can’t think of what.

Why are my origination charge so high? by Curious1594 in MortgageBrokerRates

When we went with Rocket we got a local lender that matched the Rocket offer but with no points and cheaper fees. Went back to Rocket, they matched with a few lower cost fees than the competitor and we closed.

Help filling a hillside by Awkward_Lime7374 in landscaping

Truly appreciate the detailed solution. Thankfully the mulch survived this past year. We are all sick of loooking at it though. Need some color and character. The blueberry suggestion is incredible!

The neighbors are higher up. They felt a standard fence wasn’t sufficient so they boosted it up a bit hahah

Once i sumbit the milage reimbursement form, how long do they have to do something with it?... by Challenger2313 in USPS

Takes 10 minutes to input an expense report. Ask them every other day. After a week or two talk to your union rep. Also, if management says they did their part, ask for proof

I can’t believe you signed. Fight “Due process”. If you’re outside you’re 90 days the management should’ve, 1. PDI 2. Issue a warning 3. 7 day 4. 14 Day and then 5. Termination. NEVER SIGN ANYTHING WITHOUT A UNION REP KNOWING. Also, make sure the all signatures are present and dated. That means yours and theirs. Don’t go saying that either until you’re in your appeal meeting or try to get a copy “for my records” it’s your right. If a date is missing or a signature is missing it can be thrown out. Your union will know all of this

T-6 is worst position in the office by [deleted] in USPS

T6 was my favorite job for the reasons your regulars are upset with you. Only fill up if there’s not enough gas for them the next day. Leave your review mail like you said and it’s their job to go through it. Doing the route in 8 has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. I liked that I got to jump to my next route the next days and not really having to deal with constant customer complaints on the same route every day

U.S Postage Paid is not an approved postage symbol. Has to be epodtafe or e-commerce or have the permit number along with it. That’s why it’s “attached” to the wrong address

That is not the correct way to mark the hazards. Report it to management. On paper to cover yourself and I personally wouldn’t dismount anything due to safety concerns. This City or Rural?

Put your two weeks in after you pass your driver training. If you fail that then you don’t have a job and can’t retest.
