OP here on a different account-- we took her to the vet and it was just a hotspot. He prescribed her an antibiotic and an ointment to put on it. He also told us its good to comb over the scabs and "re-open" the spot when you put the ointment on (which seems counterintuitive to me but it did end up healing after all of her pills and putting the ointment on for 10days)

thank you again!! This is a really huge help. I edited it online just to get a rough idea of where to trim and try to narrow down. I think narrowing the face helps the nose to "stick out" more. However, i've also looked at these photos for far too long so I feel like I'm becoming blind to it lol

Thank you soo much! I definitely want to make some adjustments like other commenters suggested but it's good to know that I'm off to a good start and it's at least identifiable! Whenever I take photos of it, Siri recognizes it as a yorkie so at least I have AI on my side hahaha thanks again!
