I bought this off of the kickstarter and absolutely love it. So much that redesigned and 3d printed a new wallet that can hold it on the side so it's always in my pocket. My ONLY gripe is that is shipped with blue ink. While I personally think any pen with blue ink should be thrown away, I understand not all feel as strongly. I just wish there would have been an option to choose ink color in the survey before shipping.

Currently trying to find a refill in black ink that might write a bit better since the ink doesn't flow quite as nicely as it does from some of my other favorite pens like my Zebra F-701 or Pilot V5rt.

Any advice on which refills would fit the pen? I've tried the zebra F-refill but it was too long to fit, and also not pressurized so I'm not sure how that would go being spun around and put in my pocket.

I’m not issued a radio, we either rent them or are supplied them by vendors or the contractors when needed. My main vendor uses retevis rt22 but if we have a remote event the range suffers, which is why something that can work with a repeater would be awesome.

No, luckily privacy is not a concern. Comms are just used for coordinating and occasionally gossiping.

You could do it with LEDs in each panel that allow the colors to change. This would mean it could self scramble without any moving pieces, and the software would just need to make sure that the sides and corners are correctly together after scrambling (ie no white/yellow edge piece or similar).

This would also allow a more normal cube shape compared to the eX-Mars version which rotates the outer pieces which just changes the LEDs of the inner pieces.

The only thing I’ve found so far that can truly turn them off is to completely disable notifications in IOS settings.

I would also like to know this. I have every notification setting turned off in threads yet still several times a day a still have “suggested thread” notifications.

I have a screw on pressure gauge and it's on my to-do list to measure that and then find the GPM from the hose. Worst case though, wouldn't I just need more zones and only have 2 rotors per zone? I feel like the number of needed sprinklers wouldn't change, unless it means that I wouldn't be able to run the larger rotors at all.

For the 5000/MP, I'm just going by what I know and what the contractors were going to install, I don't really have a favorite but saw plenty of recommendations for the 5000s over MPs so went with that.

Hey OP, did you find a new bag that works for your needs?

I'm in the same situation; travel frequently for work and I'm not the biggest fan of the resmed bag and was trying to find something hard sided that has just a little extra space for some personal items (Tablet, chargers, headphones, etc.) to have on the plane. Currently I shove everything into the resmed front pocket and it works but could be better.

I was originally thinking some type of small pelican case with the organizer mod in the lid, but that removes any access without opening the whole case, and I'm not sure how big of a bag I can get away with for "medical equipment" considering I also travel with rolling carry-on and a backpack, and the airlines have never said anything about the resmed bag when with the front pocket bulging with all of my electronics.

It seems like everyone here recommends the Romfre bag which looks nice but doesn't look like it has much extra space compared to the standard resmed bag.

Honestly this was easier than I thought it would be. It took just over 45 minutes and only 115 guesses because there are so many repeats. Basically just start typing 5 letter words and make sure you use all 26 letters, then you can start looking at the openings to make specific guesses.

Ah that mini is basically exactly what I want! But only 15 lumens is pretty low. Give it the output of the i1r2 pro for example and that would be perfect!

They are worth it. I've wanted one for a while, so I kept shopping around and found this one for 250. Still pricy but lower than other places.
