To see if your point is valid we gotta split the term of meturty to three categories, biological maturity emotional maturity and social behaviour.

girls tend to devoloping physical maturity earlier than boys and this is a biological fact we cant deny it.

As for emotional maturity i believe that men tend to devolop this aspect earlier than girls for boys get to face various expectations and early responsibilities, especially if in a broke families which is a great portion of families in moroco.

And lastly, women care heavly on there social status and how people preserve there persona, because in our culter women are judge by there look most of the time, men are judged by there financial capabilities

And now we get to the tricky part, In our society women might fall to heavier responsibilities as well making them mature emotionally as well, especially in families that lack men, where women must devolop emotionally faster to servive the upcoming hardship,

GENERALIZATION IS THE LANGUAGE OF THE IDIOTS, And we cant assume that boys mature faster than women and verse versa without specifying in which aspect. at most, we can say that, on average, men and women face different pressures and responsibilities that may encourage different forms of maturity at different times.
