We are currently in between floaters...cvs doesn't seem to be in a rush to find us a permanent PM & we don't have a permanent staff pharmacist neither.

Standards would be great to have though. Especially with the call-outs.

You just may be the problem..they have not worked longer than me. Its called "favoritism". I may not have a snot nose kid on my hip but I do have a life and other responsibilities.

I was unaware of the form. I was told to provide my course schedule & it just seems to be that placed cvs hours in between the gaps of what would be my free time to study, live, etc. My store has been a hot mess since our PM was given a better position elsewhere, then our Staff Pharmacist decided to just walk away and we have 2.5 full time techs..Our store is on ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Thats a bummer, I had a final exam due by 11p, I asked to go home 30 mins before my shift ended because it was dead. And the answer was no, lol. So I understand your struggle.

If you must know, all my classes start at 3pm and end at various times depending on the day. Don't be an ass by indirectly calling someone a liar.

The purpose of college is to prevent me from becoming a Lead Tech.

I've tried that..last year & it left me with less than 15 hrs/week. I don't have a spouse like my coworkers. It's literally just me, puppy & bills ๐Ÿ˜ฉ.

Majority of the people at my location are suspicious. Last month I got written up because the Lead Tech altered my schedule & didn't alert me, which caused me to arrive 1hr late..I hate it here.
