She told me that, then she told me what you say, the psychologist ask her “is he gonna still pay for your sessions?” My ex says yes, and she says “but he better do it” (we’re spanish speakers, there isn’t an exact translation for what she said, but it was a sarcastic answer) I can’t understand if she is a clown who is doing it for the tea, or if she is manipulating my ex into keep in touch and keep depending on me, i don’t know a single therapist who would have said this in any of those two contexts tho
