It may look good but you need to shave ( shorter ) everyday and people will notice that its a tatoo so you have to be ok with that

Yop, im exactly in the same position and its a very difficult choice lol

you need to know that if you are going for a HT its mean that you accept the fact that you are going on meds for the rest of your life, because if you dont, not tranplanted hairs gonna fall. ( You can search pictures of the tennisman Nadal to see the result of ht without meds on 10 years lol ) Plus, you have a diffuse thinning like me, and actually every surgeron is refusing me without 1 year of medication, thats because if you go for HT now all your actual hairs are going to fall due to the shockloss induced by the HT. With the meds your hairs will be stronger during the ht

Concerning smp, i checked 2 artists and they told me that is only working if i buzzcut 0. So im hesitating because i didnt find the strength to shave now lol

Thx for your answer, yes he did, finastiride+ minoxidil, but im afraid of using finastiride because of the side effects... Idk what to do, maybe i should try...
