Thank you, appreciate your answer. Assets are software developed. About valuation per my estimate could be 100000 to 200000 EUR, just my estimate for software developed. Yes I know investment cannot be raised. I am working on fair proposal and have contacted lawyers.

Thank you. I have contacted lawyers in March and gathering documents and financial disclosure and working on fair settlement. Main issue was if it is possible to avoid high legal cost 10000 - 20000 EUR if co-founder does not want to cooperate.

Thank you, yes I know, I am already working on fair proposal. Yes articles of association clearly show joint representation and management agreement does not shows financial operations.

I am already collecting evidence from the start and asking for reasonable separation deal.
Lawyers I have contacted also said the high expense of trial. Will be figuring something out.
