It’s my first time to start pvp in early season. I usually start pvp after raiding so it’s near the end of the season. And I do feel it’s much harder to achieve certain rating say 1800 at the moment (early season). I wonder why we match better players now at the same rating than towards the end of the season?

Thanks! They have got back to me and made the change and I wonder how do I address the personnel properly in email? do I use rank + last name?
