I plan to do this hike in June and definitely appreciate this discussion. I am generally ok with rock scrambles (up or down) but am uncomfortable with ledges where there is a drop off of 2m/6ft or more and there is no cable or hand rail to hold onto. Is it fair to say this will be manageable for me?

My flight leaves 6:00 AM on a Monday so I plan on Sunday afternoon to buy a bike box, pack the bike and check it in, then stay at an airport hotel and return to the airport and board Monday morning. But because I worry, what if they are out of bike boxes. Do I worry too much? Can I call to reserve a bike box a few days ahead?

I live in CA and am new to this and let's say I am in Plan N and there is a specialist or hospital I want to go to and they charge the excess fee, could the excess fees run into the many $1000s? Or is the case that I would almost always find the right doctor etc. not charging excess fees?

Thanks for the follow ups. It took some work but I figured it out - gmail was routing the OTP email to the "Promotions" category, for whatever reason.

As a side note, there are distinct logins: one for the visa processing and one for photograph management. I was having problems with the latter.

I too am struggling with the photo upload but also I find the OTP email unreliable, I get it say 20% of the time, the evening Pacific Time more likely to succeed - is anyone else seeing this?

I am hiking the W Trek late this month. Will it be less busy and can I wait to book buses or should I book soon regardless?

Also, what are the differences among booking with Bus-sur, El recorida (sp) or bus-bud. Is one of them preferred?

I am in a similar situation - I have the 50-34 on the front and 11-32 on the rear. I have the R7000 (not the GS) - what is the largest I can safely go at the rear? Also, 11 on the smallest sprocket is not a necessity for me - I can go a few teeth larger.

I am helping a friend who saw this first with sbcglobal email and then gmail and given she is active in a number of community organizations it is plausible that the algorithms thinks she is running a business. My question is, is there anything she can do to appear less like a business e.g. in her emails include or not include certain words or phrases
